At the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Anywhere to Anywhere, Together Telehealth Summit today, Secretary Robert Wilkie announced a partnership with T-Mobile giving all T-Mobile and Metro customers with data plans unlimited access to VAVideo Connect (VVC)without using their high-speed data. Video Connect is the VA’s tele health app for streaming live video sessions between patients and health care providers.Now, T-Mobile and Metro customers can access their health care without using up their data bucket.

VAVideo Connect uses smartphone or tablet cameras to let veterans talk and interact with their VA care team over a live, encrypted video stream. AccessingVA Video Connect is easy. For iOS devices, VA Video Connect is available at the Apple AppStore. For all other devices, a tele health session launches automatically after the emailed session link is selected.
